Working
Strips of rubber
are fed into the worm barrel which transfers the rubber into the injection
cavity which is already at a higher temperature, then a present quantity of
rubber is injected into the mould, where vulcanization takes place.
Advantage
Compared to Conventional Press Machines

Wastage and rejections are controlled as compared to conventional press

» Injection process results in burr free finish as a
present quantity of rubber is injected.
» Opening of the mould is
automatic as compared to conventional press in which mould is taken out and
then manually opened.
Clamping Unit
The
machine uses high efficiency direct ram clamping system to ensure burr free
product. No need for mould height adjustment due to Hydraulic Clamping. Each
station is equipped with P.I.D temperature controllers to ensure accurate
heating and consistent product quality. Long mould opening ensures easy
retrieving of finished product.
Injection Unit
It
uses specially designed screw barrel in which strips of rubber can be fed.
Screw barrel are made from EN- 41B nitriding alloy steel and are engineered
on imported milling and boring machines to ensure high productivity for
years to come.
The injection unit is equipped with 3 stage P.I.D
temperature controllers to ensure fast and accurate heating .As the rubber
is already at a higher temperature when injected into the mould, the cycle
time is reduced considerably almost by 50%.
Control Unit
It
uses PLC control systems for full automation with display unit.Premium
quality electrical parts are used to give optimum results.
